The apartment (ground floor) offers two bedrooms – one with a comfortable double bed (160x200) and another with two single beds (85x195). The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
From the bright living room, you have direct access to the spacious terrace with high-quality outdoor furniture and a pergola. Here you can relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the proximity to Lake Thun.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle – perfect for quick snacks or long, cozy cooking evenings.
The modern bathroom is stylishly furnished and features a large, walk-in shower for relaxing moments after an active day.
A free outdoor parking space is available directly in front of the accommodation. You are only a few steps away from the shared lake access, which you share with the neighbors. You can also use the communal lawn and the covered outdoor kitchen with a gas grill.

Faulensee is located directly on the shores of Lake Thun in the Bernese Oberland – just a few minutes from Spiez.
Via the A6 to Spiez, then 5 minutes along the lakeside to Faulensee. You can park your car free of charge on the opposite side of the street. Detailed parking information will be sent to you shortly before your arrival.
Take the train to Spiez, then continue by bus (approx. 5 minutes) or enjoy a leisurely walk along the lake.
Faulensee has its own boat landing – perfect for arriving via Lake Thun.
Excursion destination
From Faulensee, you can reach many highlights of the Bernese Oberland in a short time:
- Jungfraujoch, Harder Kulm, Oeschinen Lake, Schynige Platte, Trümmelbach Falls, Spiez Castle and Oberhofen Castle.
- Boat trips on Lake Thun and Lake Brienz also depart directly from the village.

- There is no air conditioning in the apartment – fans are provided for warmer days.
- Unfortunately, luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is not available.
