You can reach the City Design Bijou in Thun with ease – whether by train or by car:
By train: Thun train station is only about a 7-minute walk away. Your route takes you across the picturesque Mühleplatz and along the Aare – a beautiful way to start your stay in the old town.
By car: You can conveniently park your car in the Schlossberg multi-storey car park, just a few minutes’ walk from the house. From there you have direct access to the old town.
Everything close by: The charming old town, boutiques, restaurants, cafés and the Aare are all right on your doorstep. Whether you want to stroll along the water, take a boat trip on Lake Thun or simply wander through the cobbled streets – everything is within easy walking distance.
Good to know
- One bedroom has no natural daylight and no natural ventilation. A modern ventilation system and fans ensure a comfortable indoor climate.
- The floors are connected by a narrow but easy-to-use staircase. Please leave heavy suitcases in the entrance area – bags for transporting clothes are provided.
- For safety reasons, the house is not suitable for children (risk of falling).
- A washing machine and tumble dryer are not available.
- Unfortunately, luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is not possible.
- A respectful coexistence is important to us – please follow the house rules so that everyone can feel comfortable.
