Chalet Lake View offers a stylish and cozy 2.5-room apartment with breathtaking views of Lake Thun and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is ideal for up to three adults and combines modern comfort with a peaceful, nature-oriented setting.
In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (160x200) awaits you, while in the living area a sofa bed (135x190) can be provided on request for additional sleeping space. The bedroom can be separated from the living area with a sliding door. A travel cot can be provided upon request.
The bright living and dining area invites you to relax, featuring an open kitchen and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped – perfect for preparing your own meals. A highlight is the balcony with lounge furniture and an additional sunny terrace. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The first-floor apartment is accessible via several outdoor staircases. Close to the lake and ideal for relaxation as well as excursions throughout the Bernese Oberland.

Take the train to Spiez, then bus line 62 to “Faulensee, Angernstrasse”. Walking distance approx. 20 minutes uphill.

Faulensee is an idyllic village located directly on Lake Thun and is ideal for anyone wanting to combine nature, tranquility, and activity. The village offers a charming lakeside promenade, numerous hiking and cycling trails, and the opportunity to explore the lake by boat. You’ll also find many beautiful swimming spots along the lakeshore.

So that you are well prepared and feel comfortable from the very beginning, here are a few practical notes about the apartment:
- The chalet is only accessible via outdoor stairs.
- Air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dryer are not available. Fans are provided during warm weather.
- Unfortunately, luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is not possible.
- A respectful coexistence is important to us – please follow the house rules so that everyone can feel comfortable.
