Of course! You decide at any time when your apartment is available — we will adjust the calendar flexibly.

How quickly can I start?

After a short introduction and a check of the apartment, it usually starts within a few days — with your listing and the first booking.

How does cleaning and guest management work?

We organize everything: cleaning, laundry service, check-in, guest communication. Your guests are well taken care of, and your apartment is always in top condition.

What happens in case of damage or problems?

We handle communication with the guests, document everything, and take care of the processing with the insurance or platform.

How is the billing done?

Transparent, fair, and punctual. You will receive a monthly statement with an overview of all bookings and income.
